Nope. Trust funds, life insurance, gifts to heirs, all things richer people an do that lower income people cant. The richer you are the more you protect your estate with existing loopholes. The very rich are in no need of estate protection from the government. Back at the turn of the century the rich got away with no taxes at all. Want to go back there? Wshy defend the billionaires? Bill Gates is very much against the Bush tax cuts proving many dont even want them because they know how the nation will suffer when those revenues go away.
