JDN: The case against Ken Lay is being built one step at a time. Its just like the days of Al Capone. They didn't get Al for murder but did nail him for tax evasion. Patience and watch them nail him for at least insider selling. To nail him for fraud they are going to have to tie him with hard evidence and colaboration. ditto for Shilling. obviously difficult to do as both of these guys knew what they were doing. Now Fastow and some of the accounting guys are in trouble. PS - if you haven't figured it out by now AS is one of those guys who spews falsehoods and rubbish with a few truths. I used to have him on ignore which I just reestablished. The guy is clueless.
