Again I say, why wake up a sleeping tiger with a pitch-fork. Then once you've woken him up why put him in a weak cage and attempt to starve him. Unless you can blow him away at any time like we can in Iraq but that's not the case in NK. Reckless and foolhardy foreign policy thanks to the Axis Of Evil speech with an assist from the James Bond film probably.
