I did not say that. I said that 3/4 of the charity comes from private donations and corporate donations, to charities like the Red Cross and Unicef. And the government donations have to go through the receivers channels. We need a better way to advertise the donations, not take them out of private hands. And as Murray said in her retraction, GW has started doing just that.

Besides, its WA state's senator, not WI's. If WA residents do not like what she said, they will vote her out of office.
