Why would anyone pay such a price for a company that is at least two years away from FDA approval and any revenue? Can any longs out there provide an argument as to why this would be a good buy at these price levels?

Personally, I'd advise anyone still in to take this as a chance to unload your shares before the stock price's inevitable decay. The street is simply unwilling to wait so long before seeing profits (which may not even come) and once the buzz from the evening news dies down, this will sink.
