NCF was the flavour of the year a couple of years ago..and everyone was jumping on the boat (too late) and buying at $18, $22 and more, without doing their proper DD on the future Nav's of the Trust.

Now they are paying for it, I have 15k shares and I am in the black, my Parents bought 50K shares way before the split and have all thier original investment back now, so they are really in the gravy with NCF.

its all how you look at it....right now everyone thinks NCF is a dog.....time to buy???....check the Nav to price...better than most....and their using dist. to finance and drill...smart business move, but not for short term holders.

So..look at all the business models of the companies, and buy the ones the flock is buying, or the solid ones the longs are buying

I also own 70K shares of AE...can't get enough of those 100% tax deferred divs.!
