Jeremy Siegel on tube now...thinks bear market is over, and 2003 will be a positive year....says bottom in October not to dissimilar to past bear market bottom, and thinks valuations are reasonable now.....looking for 7-9% return next year.. I guess Siegel doesn't believe in the overshoot to downside premise.... I'm a bit surprised to see him call this over already...hardly a dummy that guy
