No ted,
I didn't run from my responsibilities.

Hmmmmmmm......wasn't it you who said just a few days ago that you wished you had served because you could retire now? I know you're fudd but can't you be consistent on at least some issues?

Here's today's news for you:
foxnews.com

WASHINGTON — A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by 32 lawmakers who wanted to stop President Bush's withdrawal from the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.

"Permitting individual congressmen to run to federal court any time they are on the losing end of some vote or issue would circumvent and undermine the legislative process," he said.

I think the lawmakers should be lauded for their efforts. IMO the president has done a stupid thing. His action encourages all nations to arm themselves to the hilt. Of course, what does he care......his fellow party members are looking for new defense contracts.

No wonder the liberals are desperately trying to control the Supreme Court, they can't get their agenda past the voters!

Huh? How did you come to that conclusion from the above?

ted
