The two announcements are contibuting to the price jump. On 7/23 Adtran announced that Bell South signed a deal to use the Adtran Total Reach product to improve its ISDN product offering. On 7/21 Adtran announced that Bell Atlantic had selected Adtran to supply ADSL equipment. That is pretty good news following the earnings report where they said most segments of their business performed well except their telco customers. These two deals just fixed that problem. Also check out the analyst ratings on Yahoo, all very bullish. Don
