The last major world leader to prattle about a "new order" was none other than Adolf Hitler. US claims that Iraq threatens it bear more than a passing similarity to Hitler's propaganda campaign against Poland prior to the 1939 German invasion.

Again goes to show that people will believe the biggest of big lies if repeated often and loudly enough. This applies to matters of war and peace as well as the world of money and finance.
