Eric Thanks for the info. If I recall, they also had their sales force out of the field for three weeks for training on new strategies that month, so next month's results may be even worse. Based on what you report, my estimate of 40-44 mill for the Q may be close or even overly optimistic. Concerning new products to be released later this year, remember that it takes about 6 months to generate signficant revenue from new products for VTEL. So 1998 street estimates may be too high. Merger was a bad idea that will ensure losses for the future. Yeadon
