One would think that Claude would be a potential takeover target. I don`t hold Claude but I`m invested in Currierose.
It appears to me that CUI is tightly held by management an any takeover of cui would have to be negotiated to meet management approval.
What is the situation with CLAUDE as to share control.
If Madsen interests Placer it seems sensible for them to go after Claude, picking up SEABEE ground and operation in the deal.
Could management prevent a hostile takeover of Claude?
