Ms. Murray's comments were not of a religious nature.

I didn't say they where. I used that as another example of a case where people are not allowed to say certain things at public school functions.

If we give so much aid, then the question I think we need to ask ourselves is why is all this aid not getting us the goodwill we so very much need. That's the point Ms. Murray was trying to make.

If that is the point that Ms. Murray was trying to make then it is a good point but she did a poor job of making it.
