Mish, I would want any fund I bought to have both Chinese and foreign cos. engaged in business in China. Both are exposed to the growth and the foreign companies have more seasoning.

TCH is useless now that it is open ending. It would have been nice to own it before the announcement, but now, without a deep discount, it is like buying TDF at a higher price.

Hong Kong cos. are conduits for Chinese trade, so their presence doesn't bother me in GCH if their prices are cheap. CHEUY is one of my personal favorite holdings.

China has been growing, but the stock market has not roared the way Russia did when it was hot. I think it is still a good buy. The US is trying its best to become non-competitive.
