I will. Generally, the lectures haven't worked too well before, but the old story is that if it hurts bad enough, you will pay attention. Trust me. I'm paying attention now. So you lecture those body parts of yours that need to rest...and send them to their room for time out. Just like we used to do before we heard of time out....We just said to the kids: OK, go to your room and stay there for awhile... Today, that's a treat for the kids, as there is so much to do there...
