Negative. That is a paraphrase of a misquote . The Media Project recently did a full NEXUS search of all the articles and quotes... and traced the history of that particular Urban Myth. It originated with the original Wired article (which was wrong) and then was truncated and changed even further in subsequent news items and press release PR.
