I've created an index to track US E&P companies, and while I was at it I decided to start another board on same also. See Subject 53558 where I explain how the index was created and why I thought it was necessary. By doing it as a board vs. just setting up a public portfolio, it allows folks to just bookmark it within SI, which is convenient. Also, that board may be a good spot for extended discussions on one particular E&P company so as not to clutter up this one, which is geared for a broader audience. It will be interesting to see where the US E&P Index (c) goes in '03!
