I am afraid giving military aid to both would just lead to an escalation. However, if you mean reducing Israel's $3 billion of military aid and providing the difference to Palestine.......then I agree.

The 2000 accords reportedly did include a huge increase in aid to the Palestinians, all the Palestinians had to do was denounce and stop the suicide bombing, they couldn't or wouldn't do it.
Why would they discontinue the suicide bombings? Its the only way they can keep the pressure on the Israelis.
