Mark and all,found some news on Antec TCI. ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., July 25 (UPI) _ ANTEC Corp. said Thursday that it and Colorado-based Tele-Communications Inc. have reached an agreement to form an engineering design and construction management company. The joint venture plans to provide turnkey services for a minimum of 50 percent of all of the projects in TCI's three-year infrastructure upgrade program. The venture will purchase the required broadband transport products from ANTEC for each of the upgrade projects that TCI awards to it. The type and quantity of equipment required will be unique to each of the TCI operating system upgrades and dependent on detailed engineering and design work currently underway. This appears to have potential.What does anyone else think?Did the smart money know yesterday,is this why stock finished strongly? Regards, Dave
