NEW YORK, Jan 2 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve said on
Thursday it added $3.0 billion in temporary reserves to the
banking system through 28-day fixed system repurchase
agreements.
The Fed accepted the following collateral:
-- $3.000 billion in Treasuries, stop-out 1.240 percent.
Federal funds were trading at 1.3125 percent, above the
Fed's current target for the rate of 1.25 percent.
