The great thing about real estate is that it's extremely diverse. It's impossible to have bubble conditions prevalent everywhere in the United States.

I don't think this guy knows what he is talking about. REIT's have already started going down bit time, and there is significant unease in the market about homebuilders, mortgage lenders, etc.

If he cannot see the real-estate bubble in the US, in fact believing that it is not even possible, he is dreaming. Take a look at today's The Wall Street Journal, the supplement called "Year-end review of Money & Investing", page three: There is an article reviewing US real-estate market, aptly titled "U.S. Property Set To Return To Earth".

I wouldn't touch US property (or UK property, for that matter) with a 10-foot pole.
