Great News ! Means that the USDA can sell their inventory for less subsidies and also that firms like IPSU will be able to enjoy better margin. With their new emphasis on innovative downstream products (look to their website about R&D in co-crystallines) I believe they could be a downstream player for the ENTIRE NAFTA region.. best would be a R&D alliance with local sugar corporations, a "licensing" deal best wishes CROSSY
