Too bad about this rule:

5) Stocks that are delisted will not be allowed to remain in the contest.

My stock play for a grand slam was CACS where I was snagging a few shares last week at $0.39 but they are in danger of delisting.. even though they have well over $1 in cash, so I didn't make it an official stock pick and went with Agilent(A) and LRCX.

CACS Up 18% today... so some remorse I didn't swing for the fence.. but it could get delisted and still make good money so I didn't pick it for the contest.

We have some good heads here. Anyone have a favorite way to find out if a companies balance sheet really is as good as it reads? This looks good to me, but I said that about WCOM and was sure wrong there. <G>

thanks
Kirk (nice way to start a new year) out
