Your hunch was right - takeover defense. At the current price of 4.75, 15% of the OS only costs around $7M .... that's a mere bag of shells for Lehman Brothers.

Aside from those looking to take some quick profits it seems to me there's no reason to sell at these levels. The chances for hitting paydirt are too high under 5.00 (i added shares today <G>).
