A former member of President Reagan's foreign policy team who spoke on condition of anonymity says he is troubled by the Bush team's strategy. "They seem to be obsessed with Iraq almost to the exclusion of the rest of the world," he says. "Our enemies can see that, too, and some of them may very well decide that this is a good time to try to take advantage of the situation."
