If Arabs hated Jews and loved the Nazis, they would simply have hooked up with Hitler and killed all the Jews in the Middle East, since they outnumbered them dramatically. They didn't. In fact, the Arab regime most heavily influenced by the Nazis was the Lebanese Phalange. Guess what - they were Israel's ally and performed mass slaughter for Israel.

As for Israel's Nazi leanings, that is inherent in its self-definition as a Jewish state and abuse of its non-Jewish citizens and neighbors. A good example is the South African PM Vorster (a virulent racist, Nazi collaberator, and extremely close ally and ideological partner of Israel). Another example is when Yitzhak Shamir's (future Israeli PM) organization in 1941 formally proposed an alliance to the Nazis. They rejected him because of his military weakness.

In 1934, German Zionist Joachim Prinz, who would later head the American Jewish Congress, noted: "We want assimilation to be replaced by a new law: the declaration of belonging to the Jewish nation and Jewish race. A state built upon the principle of the purity of nation and race can only be honored and respected by a Jew who declares his belonging to his own kind."
