I found another goodie, a tad risky but I
regard it as a "real option" .. Allou Healthcare : AMEX: ALU $2.75

there's an insurance deliberation on a warehouse fire. ALU has the title to receive $100m but the insurance co. plays delaying games and recently incited an "arson investigation". I did some research on similar cases and found that the odds are more than 80% in ALU's favour. And even 90% for a good chunk of partial recovery. Book value around $12, almost no goodwill..
