I ordered some parts from Dell the other day and the sales guy was in INDIA. Good connection too. The accent was a little tough though.
I understand Dell has now outsourced the majority of their techsupport overseas too. Makes sense for Dell. No fica, no withholding, cheap costs/salaries etc.

Now, with H1-Bs...the cats out of the bag. This will not be shut down easily. No. 1 rule of government is once you giveth' you have a hard time taking it back. Unless it can be labeled a "gift to the rich" somehow.
