Not aware of any nukes in south korea.. Discussions now are if Korea does upgrade nuke capability then expect Japan with our help to build nukes. It is in the interested of China, Russia, Japan, South Korea to resolved the issue , not just us... North Korea is under the impression we alone made the judgement to stop oil going into them.. Tonight the news said they was group of nations that made the judgement...

I still believe our troops should not be stationed in South Korea.. They have around 500,000 south korea troops. We should cut back and use the money to update our defense build up. While we are at it.. Let's pull out of Germany too.
