Bush may have nothing to run on in 2004. Economy? War? Kerry can take away his military issues the way no other Democrat can. Kerry is the likely nominee. And Bush will repeat his father's utter failure in terms of the economy. As for foreign affairs, only if you're an oil company CEO can you really appreciate GW's moves. Otherwise he'll deliver four years of malaise, uncertainty and paranoid. Remember too,GW can no longer blame anything on Clinton of the Democratic Senate. He has full control of the government. And our country and this world is a total mess not likely to be fixed any time soon. Kerry is also the only one who taking no soft money can attack Bush on the Enron issues, the way he got elected in the first place. Massive corruption. Bush is hoping like hell Kerry wont get nominated but he will. And he can cover his southern flank with Edwards or McCain. If he runs with McCain they will win by a landslide. Bigger victory than Clinton over Dole.
