How are loan originators going to deal with Fannie and Freddie having different rates and charges?

Each loan Lenders offer is written to a specific program.

But with a maximum loan of $322,700 for 2003, Fannie Mae has a relatively small impact in California. Most loans here are written to Jumbo specifications for those CMOs which buy them.
