I agree. I see you agree that the Taliban were de facto and de jure government of Afghanistan. This means that all who were fighting for them were POWs. End of story. The Taliban were the de facto but absolutely NOT the de jure government of Afghanistan. We've gone over this before, but you seem to have a terribly slight memory. Derek
