MM obviously has Fast Edgar, and has read the filings. They didn't file to sell at 22.04: that was the price of the stock when they bought it. They may sell or they may not; filing a 144 doesn't oblige you to do so. Normally they carry through on their intentions, but not always. I shorted PGR a couple of months ago because a bunch of insiders (REAL insiders, in this case) had filed to sell. Only they didn't, and the stock went up 15 points. (They were only options, and cheap ones at that, so it wasn't a tragedy.)
