I agree with you that there are fat margins and big potential in the area where CTI meets SS7, however I've never heard of the three companies you mentioned.

The companies I'm familiar with who bridge CTI and INs are Geotel and Genesys, both of which went public in the last 8 months and are trading at (justifiably) astronomical earnings multiples.

Are you familiar with these companies? How do they differ from INet, DataKinetics and Trillium?
