JIm Re...Doesn't it appear to you that North Korea wants some of the economic action South Korea has and is willing to make some compromises to get a better relationship with South Korea?

While the world waits for Tench's answer, I have never been shy about piping in. Are you thinking NK wants to get some of economic action from the US that SK got , or are you asking if NK wants SK to give it some economic action.
