Jim, <Doesn't it appear to you that North Korea wants some of the economic action South Korea has and is willing to make some compromises to get a better relationship with South Korea?> The first part is obvious. The second part sounds reasonable, but remember you are talking about a regime that doesn't burden itself with reason. Like I said before, the nuke problem complicates things tremendously. Personally, I think North Korea thinks the Cold War is still going on, given how that regime is extremely resistant to change. Tenchusatsu
