Steve, so according to Helen Thomas, suing fast food chains for allegedly making you fat is "consumer protection." Not to mention extorting settlement money from companies through shareholder lawsuits. Or driving up the cost of malpractice insurance, thereby crippling private practice doctors. Or blaming McDonalds for opening a hot cup of coffee in your freakin' lap. No wonder I chose engineering over law. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I pursued the latter. Tenchusatsu
