Doug and Jeff, After reading so much about DELL plus your posts, I must say I have a better understanding of Dell than ever before. I guess our point differentiates mostly on whether Dell's secret can be learned quickly by all the competitors. Short term (maybe 3-6mo), definitely no. Next year, I am not so sure. That is why I brought up the comparison of Microsoft which I can be sure of its dominance for next 2-3 years. If we can not be sure about this point, then Dell's current PE multiple is not so secure either. This bring out another question: If Microsoft's sales next year is slowed, what would happen to the PC makers? regards, Keith
