Louis I read with total lack of surprise the reasoned and carefully planned strategy that matches everything I have researched about the fundamentalist Islamic mind and world view. Unfortunately when one points out things such as this document one is called a nazi, a zionist, a paranoic or at best
a delude Cassaindra. Unfortunately most Americans don't knwo who Cassandra was, what she warned or...adn worst of all that she was right. But then who pays attention to Greek literature anymore? The article "The Road to Babylon" in Harper's Magazine was such a reasoned referral to the lessons of history. It is a sad and almost cowardly move to go and buy gold for our own (individual) interest and survival. The West has no idea what it is up against and don't pay attention even though no less than Salman Rushdie himself warns us two weeks after 9/11 that we are fools to think of or deal with Islam as peaceful. The shrub is a fool. Everyone on the other side is a fool. This has become the land of the ostrich. Wish I could cry about it. That is not in my nature, I would rather fight...rigth down the street at the local full mosque, but I would be arrested for violating the laws of the land, and of course the First Amendment. A dilemna...something for which there is no (politically correct) solution. Oh, well, nothing lasts forever...even the USA
