the only thing about those surveys for tech spending... first of all they've never been accurate before, nobody told us spending would fall off a cliff in 2000 after all- second there are so few companies left to absorb any sort of business I'm not even sure it matters. Thats why the naz rallies in the face of this news if you ask me. Its all a question of how low is low enough, how bad is bad.
