Steve Hales, ECD claims to have the lowest cost per watt produced from its rivals. Even went their rivals conversion factor of sunlight to watts is greater.

What you have to know to answer your question is cost of machine to make solar panels and material costs labor costs to make products. Sounds like a business course? It may take one year to make 30 megawatts of solar panels but the output of 30 megawatts in panels will produce each year until payback is passed.

Solar companies like United Solar are investing their shareholders money on saying theirs profit in it. Time will tell April 2003 starts increased production of solar panels my crystal ball seems a bit cloudily as to when profits will come.
