Kenny Lay could bring down Bush if were ever indicted and forced to testify. At the very least he'd have to disclose how Enron spent its 100 million on politicians and lobbyists between 1998 and 2000, and how many connections there were there to the up and coming Bush-Cheney group and all their allies.
