It has come out since that Bush had full knowledge. The investigation should be re-opened. There is also the matter of the secret purchaser of the stock. Who gave Bush this gift knowing probably that the price was going down after he bought it? There have been many payoffs to Bush in his life like this. Like the cheap 10% of the Texas Rangers he got. Sweetheart deals to buy political influence. You could write a book on it.
