are you sure a company can be sued for hiring an H1-b? I wasn't aware of that. Do you have any examples of companies who have been sued successfully?

Yes, H1B is suppose to take up the job, if no local talent is found. All these companies committed fraud but now all these hungry, talented and experienced professionals are going after them. H1B scam is ending.
