Perhaps you posted the wrong link.
The one you posted says:

"I understand that if I am unable to satisfactorily participate in the ANG, and have an unfulfilled military service obligation, that I may be discharged from the State ANG and assigned to the Obligated Reserve Section (ORS), AR Reserve, Denver, Colorado."

Of course, there was no admission of anything. This is a standard duty acceptance form that all members sign. He was never disciplined and honorably served his six years of military duty. His Honorable Discharge is indisputable.

This slur is one of the more scandalous that you wackos have conjured up. Especially in light of the draft dodger that you so enthusiastically support.
