Your best bet as an armchair investor is to stick with US companies that are well positioned for substantial growth in China. Citigroup is well positioned here in financial services for example. As I have said, I am not here as a portfolio investor and the Chinese stock markets are immature and still not reliable. It would be hard for me to make posts here on opportunities as a strategic investor in private companies.
