Eric - thanks for that long term gold chart you posted recently in 1997 dollars one of the most interesting things I've seen on this thread- it shows that a large move up over the next few years is entirely reasonable to expect - I don't know if say a 50% retracement is to be talked of in this context, but a move to $800 in 1997 dollars would seem easily in the cards.
