Yes, the market is definitely too small to accomodate sizable capital inflows. But in addition to smaller inflows, my opinion is that there are legions of investors who are familiar with the dynamics behind silver, but are staying away until some type of trigger point is reached. They probably have grown weary of the lethargic up and down market...it seems as if silver has been basing since the 80's, albeit with a few rallies. But I think this same crowd will be very quick to jump back in once some trigger is reached, whether it be a sharp price advance, rising lease rates, or whatever. When this happens it could be something to behold. Just my opinion, but as you know investors love momentum plays.
