Paul, we'll have to do lunch. I just left the doctor. He says I need to fast walk and weight train a week..slowly working it up. then I can start the following week with rb and the next week with a real game. I guess I really under estimated the injury..but I didn't under est. the pain. Such good news on the girl, I have two girls and it's great. it's fantastic. i'm like phillip of acts. I have two girls who prophecy. he had 4 girls who prophecy.
