CIA is likely behind and instigating the strike.. Do you have proof for that? The US may be starting a war in the Middle East shortly. So why would it be behind a diminution of oil delivered from Venezuela? Chavez is very popular in Venezuela so it don't figure, Popular, is it? With a million people in the street demonstrating against him? I haven't figured out the end game yet, I don't think you've got the front game figured out, either.
